How do I pay for my order?

You can pay through multiple payment options on Falco Robotics Pvt Ltd's checkout page. You can pay through Credit/Debit Cards, Internet Banking, Mobile Payments, Manual bank transfers, and Wallets.

I have a technical query or need some information about a product

It makes sense that a customer would have some technical questions before completing any transactions on our website. Fear not—we are available to address any of your technical questions. What actions does the client need to take? Give us a call at our number or send us an email. Give a succinct explanation of your question. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as we receive it, possibly with some answers.

I Need A Quotation for some products

Kindly send us a ticket through email or WhatsApp with all the specifics of your request, and we will promptly provide you with a price. It would be much simpler to handle your request if the product SKUs were specified. Please remember to cover the following aspects.

  1. The name that ought to be written with the address in the quotation.
  2. Product and quantity requirements

I want to cancel the order

Send in a ticket with the information listed below.

  1. Order number
  2. Cancellation reason

Following the submission of the ticket, we will verify whether the order has been sent; if not, we will cancel it and issue a refund using your original payment method. You have the option to reject a package if it has left the warehouse and is currently in transit to have it returned to us. Please be aware that a return procedure will be followed after you accept the package after deducting the courier charges.

The item is faulty and not working

Occasionally, an item might not function properly or be challenging to use. Check to make sure you are not missing any instructions from the "How to use" section. We will be pleased to help you if you are positive that the item is defective. What actions does the client need to take? Send in a ticket with the following details:

  2. Email address used while placing the order
  3. Include a brief unboxing video and images as soon as the product is received proving the product isn't functioning

What will we do once the ticket is submitted? We'll respond to you within 48 hours. After we review all the information, you can return the merchandise to us along with the tracking information. Make sure the product is in good shape and hasn't burned from polarity reversal or sustained physical damage. The merchandise must be shipped to the address listed below.

If the product doesn't fit our requirements, Falco Robotics has the right to refuse such refund requests. We always record a brief video of the test we perform to verify the supplied product to increase customer confidence and offer additional information about the technical problem. Customers are recommended to watch the video if they require further clarification. Make sure to contact us within 10 days of order delivery, or else the return will not be possible.
